Welcome to Leader of the Pack VC. By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any course, class, program, or service offered by Leader of the Pack VC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or participating in our programs.

1. Our Services

Leader of the Pack VC provides dog-training education, including in-person puppy classes, online group courses, educational materials, and related services.

Our courses and training programs are intended to provide education, guidance, and practical training techniques. Results may vary depending on the individual dog, owner, environment, consistency of training, and other factors.

2. Enrollment and Account Information

When enrolling in a course or class, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, email address, phone number, and information about your dog when requested.

You are responsible for keeping your Thinkific account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed to by Leader of the Pack VC.

Payments may be processed through Thinkific and third-party payment providers.

By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Online Courses and Digital Purchases

All online course and digital purchases are final sale and are non-refundable.

Once an online course or digital product has been purchased, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, failure to participate, scheduling conflicts, or unused course access.

In-Person Puppy Classes

For in-person puppy classes, cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the class to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date are non-refundable.

Once the class has started, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Missing a class, arriving late, or choosing not to participate after the class has started does not qualify for a refund.

To request a cancellation or refund for an eligible in-person class, please contact [email protected] at least 7 days before the scheduled class start date.

Refund eligibility is determined based on when the cancellation request is received.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5. In-Person Puppy Classes

For in-person classes, you agree to follow all instructions provided by Leader of the Pack VC and to act responsibly around other dogs, people, and property.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your dog, including the dog's age, breed, and any relevant behavioral or health information that could affect participation.

For the safety of all participants, Leader of the Pack VC may determine that a dog is not appropriate for a particular class or activity and may recommend an alternative training arrangement.

6. Dog Health and Safety

Dogs participating in in-person classes should be appropriately vaccinated and in suitable health for participation, consistent with the requirements communicated by Leader of the Pack VC.

You are responsible for informing us of any known health, behavioral, or safety concerns involving your dog that could reasonably affect the dog, other participants, or other dogs.

If your dog is sick or showing signs of a contagious illness, please do not bring the dog to an in-person class.

7. Owner Responsibility

You remain responsible for your dog's behavior and actions at all times, including during in-person classes.

Dog training involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury to people or animals. You agree to use reasonable care and follow the trainer's safety instructions.

8. Training Results

Leader of the Pack VC does not guarantee specific behavioral or training results.

Every dog is different, and training outcomes depend on many factors, including the dog's temperament, history, environment, health, and the owner's consistency and participation.

Our training programs are educational and are not a substitute for veterinary care or professional veterinary advice.

9. Online Course Materials

All videos, written materials, exercises, graphics, recordings, handouts, and other educational materials provided through our online courses are for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly share, upload, or otherwise make our course materials available to others without our written permission.

Your enrollment gives you a personal, limited right to access the course materials for the period specified for your purchase or enrollment.

10. Class and Course Changes

Leader of the Pack VC may occasionally need to change class dates, times, locations, instructors, course content, or other details due to circumstances such as weather, illness, scheduling issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice and information about any available alternative arrangements.

You may not use our materials for commercial purposes or represent them as your own.

12. Assumption of Risk

Participation in dog-training activities involves risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

By participating in an in-person class, you acknowledge that interactions between dogs and between dogs and people can involve unpredictable behavior.

You agree to follow safety instructions and take reasonable precautions to protect yourself, your dog, other participants, and other animals.

Participation in dog-training activities involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, interactions between dogs, interactions between dogs and people, and the possibility of injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.

You understand that dog behavior can be unpredictable and that training does not eliminate the possibility of a dog displaying unwanted or unexpected behavior.

You are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by Leader of the Pack VC and for maintaining reasonable control of your dog during in-person classes and activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Leader of the Pack VC will not be responsible for injury, illness, loss, damage, or other claims arising from your participation in our programs, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
